IDEXX requires couriers to enter specific codes in the POS Name field when completing a stop. Use the codes below to document what occurred.
LB - Lockbox
Confirms that you checked the lockbox.Important: Always include LB unless the location does not have a lockbox. You must check the lockbox even if clinic staff hand the specimens to you inside.TT - Talked to
Enter the person’s name after the code.

There were no specimens in the lockbox.KOD - Knocked on door
You knocked to ask whether there were any additional specimens. You must do this whenever the lockbox is empty.CC - Clinic closed
No staff members were present, and no one answered after you knocked. Use this code only when you did not pick up any specimens.

You checked the lockbox, spoke with Jane at the front desk, and picked up three specimens.
